Abhinay Jogi is an architect born into a middle-class Maharashtrian family in 1971 in the small village of Amalner, District Jalgaon, Maharashtra. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University. He then pursued bachelor’s degrees in Architecture via the I.I.A. exam from the Institute Of Architecture, Mumbai. This is a very rare combination of an architect with an additional qualification of a ‘’Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.’’
Driven by his interest in gaining requisite knowledge in another crucial aspect of his field, Ar. Abhinay obtained qualification as a Registered Valuer through a ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Valuation of Real Estate and Management’. Recognizing the importance of interior design from the planning stages of construction, he also obtained a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration.
Abhinay Jogi faced numerous challenges in the early part of his life. Interestingly, his parents initially encouraged him to pursue civil engineering, but Abhinay’s true passion lay in drawings and pencil sketches, particularly portraits which he could create in the blink of an eye. He even held exhibitions of his paintings and pencil sketches in PEN. In fact, one of his teachers in engineering college noticed this talent and predicted that he would become an architect in the future. His mother also recognized his architectural flair during his school days when he used to construct two-story houses with mud and clay in the backyard of their home.
Abhinay Jogi began his part-time service as a junior Engineer at a private Architect’s office in Panvel while studying architecture to obtain his architecture degree and later laid the foundation of Abhinay Jogi & Associates (AJA) in July 1992.

After working for a while ,He set up his own architectural firm Abhinay jogi and Associates popularly known as AJA in 1993 with a staff of two persons and today his firm has grown to one of the well known Architectural firms in KOKAN and NAVIMUMBAI with branch offices in Ratnagiri and International upcoming branch office in Dubai (UAE).
AJA has achieved an accreditation of ISO 9001-2000 Certified company in 2007.
During these years AJA has been groomed for undertaking projects in the field of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Valuation, Consultancy Services, Management and execution of projects.

In celebration of their 25th anniversary (Silver Jubilee) in 2018, AJA has drawn inspiration from the lives lived within the spaces they design. By closely listening to their valued clients, AJA gained a deeper understanding of how people truly experience these environments.
In couple of decades, Abhinay Jogi, proved himself as one of the most successful architects of Urbanisation in Kokan region and Raigad district and Navi Mumbai known for innovative economic designs. In his career spanning two decades, Abhinay Jogi has designed numerous landmark residential townships and commercial buildings, malls and many other structures.
